and team spirit. "The DEEVA Family", is a close-knit group of
members--individuals with diverse responsibilities, working
towards a common goal.
Creativity is the buzzword in The DEEVA Network. A learning
environment, the work culture offers opportunities to think,
question and brainstorm-all of which nurtures creativity and
facilitates Knowledge exchange.
At The DEEVA Network, we follow an "open-door policy". This
helps foster faith and trust among people.
A culture to boast about, The DEEVA Network has an in-house
committee, REFLECTIONS that works towards preserving this work
culture. A facilitator and a moderator, REFLECTIONS is a platform
where team members can put forth suggestions, ideas, questions
and objections and find their answers. |
